We have a fantastic relationship with an on-demand print house that prides itself on quality work done right here in the U.S. Since orders are made as they’re ordered, this adds a bit of time to when your order ships to you, between 2 and 7 business days, depending on current inventory levels. Your orders are shipped as soon as they’re completed, and are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Returns
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Returns for reasons other than misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect items are not permitted.
